Online Diagnostic Test

Hello,
I am interested in designing an online diagnostic test for students that allows them to do the test and get an in-dept performance report and also a breakdown of the student's performance on each topic.
The way that I am thinking about achieving this is as follows:
1. Create Quiz that has a number of Topic-based question banks. i.e. One question bank for each topic.
2. Allow the quiz to pull from various questions banks (hence various topics). So If the test has 40 questions, we will pull 3 questions randomly from topic 1, 8 questions randomly from topic two and so on.
My problem is the reporting aspects of the Quiz.
To be able to report on the performance on each topic, which essentially is report on the number of questions correct/incorrect from each question bank.
Can anyone assist me in reporting on question bank.

You are right, setting up your quiz should not be a problem, but the results slide does not work the way you are trying to track results.
