I have assembled and posted to the webthe most basic of eLearning files using Articulate 13 Studio>Presenter and Quizmaker. To test it, I launched it from our home page, as any user would, and the slide after the presentation was blank and would not let me move on. It acted as if there was a question on the slide and I needed to submit an answer. I scrolled to the first question and took the entire quiz, then after the last question a message popped up saying I needed to take the quiz. I tested it on two other computers and the random blank page appears at different points in the quiz for each of the other two tests. Why is this happening? It published successfully otherwise!
Hi Leslie! I got it solved. (Developer error) Thanks so much for responding so quickly! This is our first eLearning (of many more) going out on the web and it's introducing a new software solution, so management is really interested in eLearning ROIand its success. Having quick turnaround on my support needs is very much appreciated.
