I built multiple quizzes in Quizmaker and pulled them into a Presenter course. I published to the Web to e-mail and share the package with my reviewers. Every now and again, as I work through the published course, a previously answered question appears again at the end of the quiz. For example, question 2 pops in again after question 5. It doesn't happen every time but has occurred more than once and for 2 different quizzes.
The questions are not randomized, the answers are not randomized. I use blank slides to introduce a situation that is followed by 2-3 questions about that situation, then another blank slide with questions.
I am using Studio 09, PPT 2003. Any ideas as to why this happens?

Has this issue been resolved? I am having the same issue with one of my quizzes. My quiz, like the comment above, has a blank slide with a scenario with quiz questions following. I have been publishing to the LMS for review. I am using Studio '09, PPT '07.
Just finished testing the module in our LMS this morning and none of the testers reported a repeat of the problem (hooray!) so I believe it is "fixed." Articulate Support guys were unable to reproduce the issue when I sent them my Articulate Package but suggested that I try these things:
"1. Insert the quiz on a new presentation and publish this to your LMS. Run some test to see if you will be able to reproduce the issue. 2. If you are not able to reproduce the issue, I suggest, deleting the quiz on your project and proceed with publishing. After publishing, re-open the project and insert the quiz again. Publish this to your LMS and test it out."
I tried option 2 (delete quiz-publish-reinsert quiz-publish) and that seems to have worked.
As a reminder, the problem occurred before the published project was loaded to our LMS. Also, I built the quiz in Quizmaker first then imported it into my project rather than creating it from Presenter. And the "phantom question" didn't happen everytime, it showed up randomly. Don't know if any of that has any bearing, but just in case...Good luck fixing yours!
