We have noticed that when we take some of our quizzes, it'll start on Question 2 of 20 instead of 1 of 20. The quiz works fine as usual and after question 20 of 20, it goes to question 1 of 20, then to the scoring slide. The quiz is set up with an opening "blank slide" where we've entered some instructions, then 20 questions are randomized. The first question is the only locked slide and it's locked to the "blank slide."
I've seen this pop up before, but it's hard to replicate. Can you send us your .QUIZ file so we can take a closer look at it? We'd be happy to work with you to try and find a solution. Thanks!
