I have created a quiz which has a blank intro screen at the beginning and 45 questions are sorted into groups, most of which are randomized so the learner sees 25 questions. When I complete the 25 questions, the quiz shows me the intro page again, followed by the same questions that I answered.
How do I stop this happening and finish the quiz after answering question 25?
Thanks, Justin. I just checked and my quiz is set up to submit one question at a time. I published it to Presenter (our LMS prefers it that way) and it worked ok first time - but the second time I tested it, the quiz looped back to the beginning again. I wonder if the problem is now in my Presenter settings...
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
Thanks for your help! I think I've figured out the problem - it was in my Presenter settings. I changed the properties for the Finish button to "Close Window" and (fingers crossed) it works! That's one more lesson learned for me!

If you have your quiz set up to submit one question at a time, the quiz should end after the final question:

I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
