print and email results not working

Hi I have tried to find an answer to this on the forum with no joy so sorry if rehashing..

I've done a graded quiz with 20 questions and need to get results send to me by email and also have learners print out their results.

I've activated both on results tab buttons do appear on the slide.

Print button activates to put name in box but then neither the print or email results work.

Help please

It may be an issue with how you're testing the course. Are you viewing the quiz output files locally when you test this by any chance? 

If you view a published Studio '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.

To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the article below for more information:

If you are uploading to a host, are you using a web server or LMS? Also, which web browser are you using to test the project?
