QM 13 install question

Nov 15, 2013

I have two computers. On the laptop I have QM 09 installed.  On the desktop, I do NOT have QM 09 installed. The QM 09 on my laptop is the QM 09 stand-alone-version.  I want to leave QM 09 on my laptop and continue to use it,  and buy and installed the UPGRADE QM 13 (stand-alone-version) on my desktop. See any problems here?

Good Afternoon, Larry.

A single-user license of each Studio ‘09 and Studio ‘13 can be used by the same, named user, however the two versions cannot run on the same computer (without virtualization), as Studio ‘13 will uninstall Studio ‘09. You would need to run the two versions on separate computers.  Studio '09 must remain with the Studio '13 licensee after upgrade, and it cannot be transferred to another user.

Please let us know if you need anything else, and have a great day!

Still a bit confused.

So I can run QM 09 on my laptop and install the upgrade to QM 13 on my desktop that doesn't have any Articulate software on it? In other words I would be able to keep and use my QM 09 on my laptop (were it currently is now) and buy the QM 13 upgrade and install it on my desktop?
