Question groups at the end of each "chapter"

I have a training presentation that consists of eight videos (one per powerpoint slide). I'd like to layout the quiz questions so that the questions from Question Group 1 are asked after the first video, Question Group 2 after the second video and so on, so that the quiz questions are asked immediately after the corresponding content.  However, I want the "quiz score" to be totaled over all eight question groups in determining their pass/fail status at the end of the course.  How do I insert questions from Group 1 between the first and second slides of my powerpoint, Group 2 between slides 2 and 3, etc. and have these separate "chapter quizzes" total for the final score?
