I've been using QuizMaker '09 for a while now without problems, but recently I tried to change the slide format and it crashed. Now it won't do anything related to a PowerPoint presentation.
Anytime I try to do anything involving inserting/editing a quiz in PowerPoint, it does not complete the process. I've attached a photo of an example of where it freezes. If I'm editing a quiz, I click "Save and Return to Presenter" and it freezes with the button highlighted. I have to go into Task Manager and force quit the application or else it's stuck like that.
I've tried to reinstall it without success! Presenter still works. I use PowerPoint 2007.
Did you go through the repair process here when you were trying to reinstall? What about with a new file does that one work normally or just this existing file? Here is another method to quickly resolve random crashing.
