Quizmaker 13 AICC HTML5 Content error

Nov 14, 2016

Hi all,

A client has sent us some of their own Articulate quizzes for upload onto our LMS.  We only have the published package and not the original Quizmaker file.  An initial upload and test on our LMS and on SCORM Cloud comes back with a DNS error ("This site cannot be reached").  The content is apparently AICC-compliant and, from what I can tell, has been produced in Quizmaker 13.

Looking at the file structure (attached), I see that there is no obvious manifest file.  Could that be part of the issue?  I'm not all that familiar with the AICC standard though, so it might be there and I'm not seeing it.

Does anybody have any suggestions for making this work, besides seeing if the content can be repackaged as SCORM?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Thanks for reaching out here. When testing in SCORM Cloud, are you following the steps in this article? You may need to reach out to the client and have them follow those directions when publishing. If you're still seeing this error after following those instructions for testing AICC content, it would be best if we could have a look at the project files in the form of an Articulate Package so we can do some testing. Again, it may be necessary for you to reach out to the client to request this. Keep me posted!
