Quizmaker '13 Displays Next/Prev Instead of Submit

Hello,
I have a question about a Quizmaker '13 quiz I have in a module for an overseas client. I used Presenter '13 for the module and I have it set up with a completion certificate at the end made in Quizmaker, so that when associates click the agreement their completion registers via the quiz. One associate, when she reaches the certificate of completion, gets the Next/Prev buttons instead of a Submit button, and is not able to submit at all. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like. She is the only associate so far who has encountered this issue.
We've tried to replicate, but were unable to. However, we did get an error report, which I have attached here.
Thank you so much for your help!
Anna

Hi Anna! I'm not sure that I've seen this before. Not being able to replicate certainly makes it difficult as well. Is there a difference in browsers perhaps? If you need us to take a look, you can share your Articulate Package here.
Hi Leslie,
It's definitely very odd. I've asked after which browser we used to test, so hopefully I'll have that answer for you tomorrow. I'm almost certain our client is using Internet Explorer. Is there a way to send you the Articulate package privately?
Of course Anna! If you need to send privately, you can do so here :)
Hi Leslie,
Thank you so much for your quick response! I apologize for the delay. I wasn't able to find out what browser we used to try to replicate the issue, but I did send in the Articulate Package to the link you included above.
Thank you so much for your help!
Thanks for the update Anna! I see where you have submitted your support case (00501919) and that Karla is assisting you.
Hello! I wanted to follow up with you to let you know that the issue with the submit button has been resolved. Karla sent instructions to make adjustments to the flash player, which I then sent to the client. The associate experiencing the issue was able to complete the module, and there were no issues when we did some extra testing to double check. Thank you very much to you and Karla for your help!
Thanks for popping in to provide an update Anna! Glad that you were able to reach resolution and thanks for sharing :)
