Quizmaker '13, Windows 10 and Presenter '13

Okay, so I found this 3 year old post  https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-presenter/quizmaker-13-quiz-wont-insert-into-presenter-13-slide-0

I followed all the instructions, checked all the boxes, restarted, reinstalled and still no joy.  I have Windows 10 and Office 2013.  If I upgrade to 2016, will this help?  Seems this is an ongoing issue as I'm having it 3 years later than the original post and the problem is still happening.
