Quizmaker Retake button

We've had something weird happen yesterday with some of our quizzes. We publish quizzes through our LMS and users have unlimited attempts to try and pass them, so there is a retake button.
Yesterday all the retake buttons stopped working, not only for recent quizzes but for every quiz we have uploaded to our LMS from Quizmaker (Storyline courses are fine)
We thought this might be an LMS issue, but even when we open the raw projects and preview, the retake buttons don't work. Only difference with the published versions is that we get a message come up stating that a slide is missing.
Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Hi Gary!
If your courses are published, there should no longer be a correlation to your project files.
If you'd like to share your .quiz file here for me to take a look, I could though. Not sure what may be going on based on that description.
