Randomly picked question displayed after the last question

Hi,
I am working on a quiz of 20 questions to be selected from the following:
Group A : 10 mandatory questions
Group B: 10 questions to be randomly picked from a set of 20 questions
Ths problem is, one one of my trainee encountered that upon completion of the last question in my quiz, the system randomly picks up another question (which was displayed and answered by the trainee earlier) to be displayed before the result is shown. This happened twice to the same trainee as the trainee retried the quiz. Any idea on how to resolve this issue? During the quiz, the trainee had left half way by clicking on the "Save & Close" button and resumed the quiz again after break. Please advice on how I could resolve this matter or how the "Save & Close" button on the top right corner of the screen can be removed totally to force the use to complete the 20 questions in one go.

Hi Saw & welcome to Heroes,
It sounds like your LMS is adding a frame around the quiz content. The Save & Close button is likely something that the LMS is adding to your quiz. Can you post a screenshot of your quiz so that I can get better idea as to what is happening?

Attached are some sample screensots of the peculiarity happening on another trainee.
The quiz is 5 points per question.
For screen 1, the trainee had answered 18 questions (Hence 85 points out of 90) but instead of displaying the 19th Question to the trainee, the system suddenly displays the 6th Question.
For Screen 2, the trainee had answered 19 questions (Hence 90 points out of 95) but instead of displaying the 19th Question to the trainee, the system suddenly displays the 15th Question.

Out of curiosity, what version of SLK are you using? I've done some research on SLK and most random issues like this are resolved by installing the latest version of the SLK. Is that an option for you?
Also, is there a way to launch the content in SLK without the framset around the Articulate content?
Finally, if you continue to have problems, can you verify that "ignore Flash cookie" is checkmarked in both your quiz & your presentation?

I am currently on SLK version 1.4.0.
Am I correct to say that the the latest SLK is version 1.5?
I have tried to launch the content as a new browser and the issue still persists.
Yes, the "Ignore Flash Cookie" is checkmarked in both the quiz and presenter.

Hi Saw,
Unfortunately, my experience with SLK is limited to resources that I've read online. If you have the option to upgrade to 1.5, I'd start there and see if that resolves the issue.
