Re-attempts for Quiz and Result Slide Issues

I have an end-of-module quiz that I have designed in Quizmaker. It has a pool of questions and the user is allowed up to 3 attempts. The 'results' slide shows the 'Retry' button at the end of attempt no. 1 and attempt no. 2. However, after the 3rd attempt it says 'Press the Finish button below' but the button is not visible.

What if the user fails the 1st attempt and does not want to retry? He is only sees the 'Retry' button and not a 'Finish' button. How to does he end his session?

Can someone help me put together a more meaningful user experience with the end-of-quiz navigation.
