Review Quiz VS Retake Quiz

Good Morning,
I am developing a final assessment quiz and want to be able to give the learner 3 opportunities to complete the quiz in order to achieve a minimum grade. This part was easy and has been set-up.
The problem comes when the learner fails. I want the retake button to appear the first 2 times they fail, but after the third failure (when they can't re-take the quiz again), I want them to see only the review button. Another option would be to always see the review button but only see the correct answers after the third attempt.
Any ideas would be great.

Articulate Quizmaker '13 lets you specify the number of attempts learners will have to take a quiz. Let learners retake a quiz when they pass, when they fail, or both. Here's how.
As for the review, you can enable this on your result slide options as well.

That part of the puzzle I have. The problem is as follows:
If the learner passes - review the questions (no issues exist with this one)
If the learner fails
- First time, review answers BUT don't see correct answer, Option to retake quiz
- Second time, review answers BUT don't see correct answer, Option to retake quiz
- Third time, Review answers AND see correct answers, no option to retake quiz.
Is there a way to customize which options the learner can see based on how many attempts they have completed?
Ah, so you're trying to prevent the user from seeing the correct answers during review UNTIL they have used all the attempts?
This is not a built in functionality of Quizmaker. You could allow the users to see the answers if they fail vs pass, but not from one failed attempt to the next.
