Has anyone experienced a course on an LMS where the individual is showing at 100% completion and the roster still shows the individual as in-progress? The quiz is one where we set them to have the ability to re-take as many times as necessary to get a passing score.

Are you using Quizmaker '13 or Quizmaker 360?
What LMS reporting status did you select? For example, Passed/Failed.
Is this a standalone quiz, or is it part of a Presenter or Storyline file?
I'd also recommend testing it in another environment to see if the same problem happens there. SCORM Cloud is a good option, and I'm happy to help you test it if you can attach your file here!
