I have a published my quiz to Presenter, and the course was then uploaded to our LMS (Moodle 1.9). Everything works fine, except those who didn't achieve the passmark firts time and have a second go - don't get their second attempt uploaded.
I don't think it's a Moodle question, as the setting in Moodle is for unlimited attempts - but equally I can't see a seting in Articulate that would limit this
Most learning management systems (LMSs) consider a course to be in review mode when attempting it again after the completion requirement has been met. This prevents learners from accidentally changing their course status from complete back to incomplete. If you'd like to change this default behavior, please review this article for details.
also good to point out that Moodle 1.9 is really quite old and that the SCORM player in Moodle 2 gives you a lot more control over how attempts are managed.
