Setting passing score to 70 but imsmanifest still shows mastery score at 80?

I am quizzing Articulate 360 and inserting a tab quiz. The quiz is set to 70 as a passing score.

The LMS tech says that the imsmanifest still reflects 80 as mastery score. When they manually edited that to 70 it worked.

Why will it not simply accept the 70% that I made sure was set before publishing?

Hi there Robert, thanks for letting us know what's going on. Can you tell me what output option you published with: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, or Tin Can?

I'd also be interested to find out whether the same thing happens in another learning management system. SCORM Cloud is a handy tool for LMS testing--could you test it there and let me know how it goes? If you'd like some help with that testing, attach your original (unpublished) file here!
