Shuffling distractors on the second attempt

I ran into a new situation today. We have a requirement for a final assessment that both provides two attempts on each question, and gives feedback. Now, to me, it doesn't make sense to give feedback if you're giving them to attempts, but the customer says it's OK, if we scramble the distractors on the second attempt. I always scramble the distractors on my Quizmaker projects, but I've noticed that it doesn't re-scramble them on the second attempt. Is there a way to do this?
