Survey question that allows for multiple Which Word responses
Aug 07, 2012
Aloha, Quizmaker Experts -
I need to create a way to allow for multiple Which Word survey questions on a single slide - is this possible?
Our company is having one of those "Canstruction" contests and we'd like to have employees vote for which of the Team projects (no more than 10, I've been told) they feel deserves to win in five different categories:
- Best Use of Labels
- Technical Difficulty
- Most Onolicious (local slang for delicious)
- Most Whimsical
- Best in Show
For example, the above five categories would be listed on the left-side of the slide, each with an empty slot ready to accept one of the Team names - which would be listed down the right-side of the slide.
I've seen Jeanette's posts in response to this thread (http://www.articulate.com/forums/articulate-quizmaker/15617-how-do-multiple-questions-one-slide.html) but was wondering if this can be done for a Which Word survey question where a "correct" answer is not indicated.
Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hi Jeff! Unfortunately there's really no way to bake multiple Which Word questions onto a single slide. Probably your best bet would be to create a slide to represent one category, then duplicate it four times and customize the slide's text and design to fit the other four categories.
Thanks for the terrific suggestion, Jeanette. After discussing the alternatives with the contest organizers, and discovering additional survey requirements, I think you're suggestion may be the best option for us. Thank you SO much!
My pleasure, and we welcome feature suggestions, so if you think it would be valuable to have a multiple-drag/drop type of question in Quizmaker, our dev team would love to hear your ideas!
Your contest sounds like blast - hope all the teams have a great time!
Thanks, again, Jeanette - Yes, the event is going to be fun!
FYI: I've submitted a feature request for this item!
Take care,
Jeff
