Hi, I'm using a survey question and it's just to have a non-marked mcq with feedback. I'm presuming I use the survey template. Can the 'thank you' message be taken off?
Go to Player Templates -> Edit -> Text Labels, and you'll find the "Thank You" message in box 14. You can delete or edit it however you like. Will that do the trick for you?
No 14 - the thank you message seems to no longer exist on any of the player template choices that I have, but 'thank you' still remains when I publish. Any suggestions?
If you had previously published the course, it may be an issue with your browser's cache. You can try clearing that to ensure you are seeing the most recent version of your course. Otherwise, I'd suggest submitting a case to our support team for additional guidance. Thanks!

Thanks, that's great.
I've deleted the message in box 14 and saved as a new template but the message still seems to show up when I republished?
Hi Susan!
Glad you were able to remove the unwanted text To have it appear correctly in your published version, you'll want to make sure you publish with the template you are currently editing, not the one you published with most recently.
