I have a user that is unable to insert quizes in PowerPoint 2013 using Articulate '13 Quizmaker. User is not getting any type of error message. User is currently on a Windows 10 / Office 2013 setup using Articulate '13. Any guidance on what can be causing this?
Hi there, Nader. If the buttons on the Articulate ribbon in PowerPoint are not functioning properly, we start by checking the add-ins permissions. You could also reinstall Studio '13, making sure to run that process as administrator. Rebooting between steps always helps!
