I don't believe that you can import PowerPoint into Replay.
If it is essential for you to use Replay to create your project, you could import your PowerPoint slides into Storyline, publish the file to video and then use that video as track B in Replay and cut to the relevant slides when you need to.
Alternatively, you could produce your screencast in Replay, import it into Storyline as a video, then add your PowerPoint slides and publish the project from Storyline. If you want to overlay the video with your PowerPoint slides, just use layers within Storyline.
My apologies, I forgot to answer your other two questions. In Replay you use the Play button at the bottom of the screen to review your screencast and the Publish button at the top of the screen to publish your project. Before you review your screencast, just make sure that you drag the timeline to where you want to start reviewing from.
