Hi Curt,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you ran into with Replay - and I think it may be easiest and fastest to take a look at what occurred if you're able to connect with our Support Engineers.  You'll want to gather the logs as described here to send along with your case and if you're able to share a .replay file with us we'll also want to see that too.
