I have the same issue. It seems as if this is a "thing" with Replay as I've seen similar discussions as far back as 7 years. Based on the discussions, I've uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail.

I do see a similar issue that our team is currently investigating specific to:
video larger than monitor size
picture inserted along with the video
Do you have a similar set-up or are you experiencing something different?

It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
I am having the exact same issue!!! I recorded the screen capture using Replay. When I play it within the Replay editor I see all of the visual and hear the audio. When I publish, black video.
What gives? I'm attaching the Replay file and the MP4 file.
BTW - the information in these files is not considered confidential. If anyone out there want's to know how to make a complicated PDF (ppt slide) 508 Accessible, enjoy with compliments of Olmsted County MN.
I'm happy to help! I've republished the video in Replay, and I do not see the blank screen in the published output. I'll attach the zip folder to this reply, so you can see what the published output looks like on my end. I'd recommend repairing Replay 360 to see if that does the trick!
