Cannot activate free trial

I was recommended to try Articulate Replay for capturing video lessons. I decided to give it a try, registered an account, got to the dashboard and downloaded the software. Once I launch the program it requires to be logged in to my 360 account. I provide my credentials and receive the message that there is no subscription for my account. In the dashboard I noticed the button that says "Start free trial", i though it was already started. When I click it nothing happens, the page just reloads and that's it. I am not sure if I want to subscribe yet for the full package as I haven't tried the program itself. Can you suggest on how I can activate my free trial?
