I previously installed Replay on my computer and was able to activate it because I had purchased Storyline. When I try to open Replay now it asks me to activate it. I don't have a serial number to input. I thought that I had originally just put my SL serial number in to activate this, but now that doesn't work. Am I wrong? I thought that for awhile Replay could be downloaded for free with a SL license. Was that for a limited time?
I believe there was a separate key. I got an email telling me I could get it free for having purchased Storyline, but I had to fill out a form and was sent a key.
Thanks, Ashley. I was able to do that on Friday and got the help I needed. I should have done that to begin with. End of the week and I think I just had a cloudy mind!
