Hi, I am trying to take some screen recordings in Replay360 and having problems with sizing the app I want to record and sizing the capture area. When I try to select window the recording area is slightly larger than the window. When i manually arrange the capture area, the size on the handle does not match the size in the dialogue box.
For reference I have a laptop and two monitors, all screens have been set to 100% and the screen I am using to record is set as my main screen.
As a troubleshooting step, can I ask if you are able to observe better recording results when you disconnect the two monitors from your laptop? I understand that this is not an ideal solution, but this test will help me isolate if the behavior is somehow related to you having multiple screens.
Additionally, you can also try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation if screen recording has never worked properly for you. Here's how.
If disconnecting your additional monitors and reconnecting them, or doing a repair of Storyline 360 doesn't help address the behavior, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
