Create a new recording

Hi
I'm coming across from Adobe Captivate and I'm looking for a vid tutorial to show how to create that first recording. Yeah, yeah, easy, click Record Screen button but...
- I work with 3 screens and it's only offering my default laptop screen. Can I change it? Can't see a 'choose screen or window' button and it won't let me drag the record outline to a different screen
- Can I switch my web cam on before I start recording so audio and video webcam are one item (track?)?
- I've looked at a few of the vid tutorias but I haven't found one that starts from basics to create a screen recording video. They've all started by cutting straight through and talking about specifics, missing great chunks of the basics.

Yes, you can move the webcam slider to the on position before you start the recording:
You should be able to move the recording box between the monitors. If this is not working, can you share a little bit about your setup, such as if you're using a PC or a virtual machine?
