Sorry to hear that your mouse cursor is absent when screen recording in Replay 360! I'd be happy to help and have some follow-up questions to help get us started.

  • Does this issue occur with all screen recordings (landscape, portrait, full-screen, select window)?
  • Have you tried performing a repair of Replay 360 to see if that improves the behavior?
  • Which Window's DPI setting is your screen resolution set to? Having users set their DPI to 100% is a helpful troubleshooting step we recommend to address recording issues in Replay 360.

It would be helpful to see a screen recording of the behavior as you are experiencing it on your end. Would you be willing to share one here in the discussion or privately through a support case? We'll delete it from our system once we're finished!
