I am using Full-Screen mode to record the screen and find that my mouse tracking seems to be off quite a bit. While I am hovering over menu items and using pull down menus in an application, it is recorded way off the menus, etc. that I am choosing. As I am trying to use this to "train" someone how to use the software, this is very confusing. Any suggestions on how to address this issue?
I'd first check on what your DPI setting is, as we recommend a DPI of 96. The attached article is for Storyline, but the same holds true for Replay. Next, you'll also want to make sure that the video hardware acceleration is turned on as described here.
