I figured out the problem, it's a missing codec. After installing the K-lite codec pack the files played back fine, however it does not seem Replay will support the codecs since it would still not show any image.
Will you include support for more codecs in the future?
Installing the correct codec should allow you to have the entire video playback normally. If you're still running into trouble, can you share a copy of the .replay file here with us and we'll take a look? If you'd prefer to share a copy with our Support Team you're welcome to upload privately to them.

Thank you for reaching out! That seems odd that you are not seeing any images when opening those files in Replay.
Since this is unexpected behavior, I would recommend trying a simple repair of Replay to see if that resolves the issue.
