Thank you for reaching out! That seems odd that you are not seeing any images when opening those files in Replay. 

Since this is unexpected behavior, I would recommend trying a simple repair of Replay to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi Tommy,

Installing the correct codec should allow you to have the entire video playback normally. If you're still running into trouble, can you share a copy of the .replay file here with us and we'll take a look? If you'd prefer to share a copy with our Support Team you're welcome to upload privately to them.
