My 'CUT' did not stitch the two remaining clips together.

Hi. I'm new using Replay360 and have watched the tutorial about cutting and deleting video clips.  I have performed a 'cut' but it has acted like a 'delete' and left the cut area as a dark space between the two parts of the videos.

Any suggestions why this happened?
