No sound once published, can anyone help?

Hi

I have added sound via Sound' - 'sound from file' in a separate track to video. 

Sound can be heard fine in playback in Replay but once published, no sound can be heard at all.

I tried mixing the two tracks into one before publish but still no sound once published

Any ideas anyone?
