I am the background person for our training videos. My manager is going to be the one talking and presenting the training. I will be the one recording it and then doing the aesthetics later. The problem I'm having is trying to figure out how to get Replay or any function in Articulate 360 to record THEIR webcam and not mine.

But from what you said it's not possible to record their webcam of them presenting. I'm trying to create training videos where my Manager will have his webcam up and can see his face while he's giving the presentation. He's the voice and I'm the techie behind the scenes. I thought I could just record everything while he has his camera up, but it won't let me move his webcam video to a different position, so I guess that's what I'm really asking for. I can do some creative work arounds I was just hoping there was an easier solution.
You can use OBS to stream their phone or webcam to OBS on your computer. Afterwards, you can enable virtual webcam in OBS and select that in your presentation.

I have a similar challenge trying to create a lesson with multiple speakers in different locations.
A possible work around:
You can use OBS to stream their phone or webcam to OBS on your computer.
Afterwards, you can enable virtual webcam in OBS and select that in your presentation.
