Are you importing videos into Replay or having difficulty with ones you had created and recorded in Replay? Did this issue just start occurring for you in Replay or are you only seeing it on one particular file? You may want to look at going through a repair just in case and if you're still having trouble can you share a copy of the .replay file here with us?
Take a look at this video that demonstrates how to use the video editing options in Replay 360. You'll notice that you have to select the video for the options to become enabled. Let me know if that helps!
