Replay 360

Hi all

I've recorded a screen video from Articulate 360 and have cut some content using Replay 360.  However, when I insert the published Replay video into my Articulate 360 file, I get black vertical lines (see image attached).

Does anyone have any suggestions for why they appear and how to remove them please?

Hi Tina!

By looking at your screenshot, I can't tell where those black bars are coming from. Are those bars not present when you view the video in Replay 360?

Would you mind sharing the Replay 360 MP4 file with me so I can get a better look? You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
