  • Is your file saved to your local hard drive? If so, please try these troubleshooting steps to fix unexpected or erratic behavior.
  • Which version of Replay 360 are you currently using?
  • Are you receiving any error messages when Replay 360 closes down? If so, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what the message says?
