I am using Screen Record in Replay to record steps in a software program, every file makes the recording small and the two black spaces. I increased the size of the Excel window before recording but that is not the solution. I know it must be a simple setting I am missing but have exhausted my searching and need some hero's help :-)
Thanks for including the sample video! Because your recording area is much wider than it is tall, you'll want to increase the height of the recording area. That should remove the black bars you're seeing above and below the Excel frame.
