Replay video quality issue

Aug 26, 2020

When I record/ add a video file to replay, edit and then publish, the finished version never seems particularly sharp or of very good quality in comparison to if I record and publish a video from Peek.

Peek videos in Review360 seem sharp and clear, once I add the same video file to a new Replay file and publish to Review 360 the screen is slightly blurry and the quality has significantly dropped. Why is this?

Thanks

Hi Anna,

Did you know you can create screen recordings with audio directly within Replay? That way, you can cut out the Peek step altogether!

Generally, you'll see a reduction in quality each time you add a step in converting or importing video files. So by recording in Peek and importing that recording into Replay, you'll likely see a loss in quality.
