Our LMS doesn't support HLS and we need to get some training uploaded. The training was created with Replay 360, version 2.23, and Storyline 360, version 3.77. Our LMS loader objects to the .m3u8 and .ts files in the imsmanifest.xml file. Is there a way to disable HLS in either Replay or Storyline?
Great question! I understand your LMS doesn't support streaming video and you'd like to turn it off. I'd be happy to work with you to get this straightened out! I have a follow-up question regarding your publishing settings so I can get a better understanding of your experience.
Have you tried switching your Publish Quality settings to Static in Storyline? This will remove the .m3u8 and .ts files from your output folder when you republish. Here are the steps to find the setting.
Click Publish.
Click the Quality setting in the Properties portion of the Publish window.
Click the button next to Static.

Thanks John!!!! Just needed someone smarter than me - I kept looking under the tabs for an option. Funny there's not a tab because a custom setting seems to change both the Review 360 and LMS Properties.
