I am using VM Fusion on my MacBook Pro to host a virtual machine that I use to create Articulate Storyline content and now Replay--if I can get the webcam to work. I am unable to slide the video button to on.
When I try to record, the screencast works, but not my built in webcam. I checked to make sure the hardware accelerator wsa on as well...
I am also using a second monitor (an ASUS) but don't thing this is the problem. Thanks for your help!
Right - I don't think the additional monitor will impact this.
Is the webcam listed as hardware on the Windows side of the machine? If so, it might help to try checking your drivers for the webcam. Make sure they're up-to-date. You can usually download these from the manufacturer's website, or by running Windows Update and checking for optional updates.
