I recently lost my Articulate ribbon while using Power Point. I followed the recommended steps to enable the add-in but the ribbon feature is not only diabled but deleted. What is the best way to get this back? Should I unload and reload Articulate?
When I select the download option (to reinstall the product suite) it only gives me Studio 13. I have Studio 9. How can I reinstall my current version?

Hi Mary Sue and welcome to Heroes!
If you're Articulate tab on the Powerpoint tab is missing, and you've already followed these directions, I'd say the next step would be to repair Studio and the supporting Microsoft software.

Sorry Mary Sue, I included the link to Studio 13, as I wasn't certain which version you were using. Here is the link for Studio 09.
