360 Review Missing Final Test

When I publish courses with graded tests that have minimum passing criteria to 360 for review, the tests do not show up in the 360 copy and are not accessible to my reviewers.

When I view the courses in Preview in SL3, they operate normally. When I publish them to the LMS sandbox, they operate normally. 

I would like my reviewers to be able to view the test at the end in 360. Can you let me know what I need to do to make this possible? Thanks.

Hi Richard,

It sounds like your courses work as expected in Storyline 3 and when published to your LMS. It isn't until you open your file in Storyline 360 and publish it to Review 360 that you run into issues?

It may be due to the enhanced tracking features in Storyline 360. Have you checked the Results slide Quiz Settings feature to ensure you include the quiz questions, or are they not appearing at all in Storyline 360?

Thank you for this reply. I checked the settings for the Final Test as you suggested and this is my result:

However, when the course is published to 360, the Post-Test does not show up in the menu, nor does the “Next” button take you to the test. See: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/47a5c34b-b91a-4d35-a800-b5dbf9e6c76f/review

It works properly when we publish to Cornerstone, but I would like my SMEs to be able to review in 360 rather than having to log into the LMS.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for following up! I see that you also had case started with my teammate, Phil, and quickly figured out the publishing options that were causing the issues in Review 360. I'm glad you were able to get it sorted!
