I have this freeform slide the works normally in Storyline (attached), yet when I publish it to Review 360 to add it to a Rise module, the functionality doesn't work. Can you help?
the version is v3.44.23192.0. The system is asking to do an update which I've been delaying as it needs my IT team to log in as admin. Do you think the update will fix this?

First, I can reproduce the inactive selection when troubleshooting your Review 360 link in Chrome 87. Here's a demo of the experience.
However, the interaction works perfectly during preview and in a newly published Review 360 link. Here's a demo of the behavior when using Storyline 360 Update 47.
