I am just using tutorials to do my first quiz and started to set this up with a question bank. This seems to be going ok but I thought there would be an submit button with each question or is this something I need to add. I have only built a couple of e-learning packages before and this is the first one with a quiz.
To put it into context I have uploaded my quiz slides so that any help would be great.

If you go to the Player Properties, you will notice you selected Menus and Controls to be off, removing all Player features, including the submit button. The easiest solution is to turn it back on:
You can then uncheck the items that you don't want to have on your Player:
