While I'm waiting for tech support, has anyone had this issue? It doesn't matter if I try to "display in slide," or "display in new web browser," it publishes as a blank slide. When I tested the link, it works fine. I'm baffled.

Hi Diane! I saw that Shalom was able to publish your project and view the web object on her end. It looks like she suspected pop-up blockers were restricting the content.
