Does anyone know if Storyline allows 3D content to be viewed as a web object? Bizarrely I am able to view the content correctly in preview mode but not once published...anyone have any ideas?
What's the type of content? I don't know of any conflicts that would get in the way of Web object display. It should work but would love to test myself to see what the issues are.
Thanks Steve, unfortunately I cannot share too much information as we are on a NDA however the content is produced from Cortona 3D and has been published out in HTML. I have all the required software to view the content and have not had an issue viewing the it until the web page was embedded.
Are you testing the content in IE? One of the problems I've seen with IE is an issue with parsing XML in an iFrame through JavaScript. I believe this is a "security feature". I haven't toyed with Cortona for awhile but if it's queueing up any configuration via XML that could be the cause.
If you're using IE you might be able to reconfigure your story.html and add a compatibility mode tag to make IE act like an older version. This within a tag in the head of the document might get it:
meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7"

Thanks Steve that seemed to have solved the problem.
