I am trying to upload a module to the LMS, which I have previously uploaded successfully. It contains 4 screen records and I have added in a new one, since the new addition I get the attached 404 error.
I have tried remaking the whole thing (twice!) and publishing the problematic screen shot on its on, which works fine.
If it uploaded normally to SCORM Cloud that's a good sign in terms of the file being ok. Have you reached out to your LMS team to see if they had any thoughts? Here is a good article on general troubleshooting as well, and some further information on troubleshooting with SCORM Cloud.

just checking you are publishing to LMS and not Web and uploading a zipped package to LMS?
Correct Wendy, I am publishing to LMS and uploading the zip.
Have you tested by uploading to Scormcloud and see if it works? If so it maybe a setting on your LMS
Yes, the zip will upload fine to Scormcloud.
What setting could cause this though when all of my other modules are fine, as is this one if I split the new recording?
Not sure - the LMS's are all different...this blog might help
